YouTube Demonetizes Metatron for Calling Out Clout-Chasing Conversions to Radical Islam

Metatron, the sharp conservative YouTuber with a focus on history and culture, uploaded a video titled "I was Demonetized for Telling the Truth" on January 30, 2026, detailing how YouTube hit his earlier content with limited ads for speaking out against the far-left, and it isn't the first time.

Raffaello Urbani is an Italian-born YouTuber who specializes in historical content, especially Roman and medieval military history. Originally a university language teacher with a history background, he started his YouTube channel Metatron in 2013.

He and a team of archaeologists, anthropologists, linguists, and video editors produce daily history content for almost 1 million subscribers.

The flagged video was a reaction video called "Women are converting to Islam for clout.” In it, Western liberal women shared their recent conversions, which Metatron dissected as driven by anti-Christian, anti-white, and anti-Western motives rather than sincere belief.

YouTube zeroed in on a mere three-second segment where a woman burned an American flag and praised the act, labeling it hateful and derogatory content. This decision came after manual review, tanking the 40-minute video's earnings to just $3.

Metatron called it absolute censorship nonsense, an excuse to suppress honest discussions about Islam in the West. He reuploaded an edited version without the clip to test if it would escape the penalty, insisting that speaking truth about these issues cannot pay the bills under such restrictions.

The women featured included a British convert who converted after a TikTok video on the “Day of Judgment” scared her, an Irish woman who wore a hijab, and a transgender identifying as “queer and Muslim.”

Metatron mocked these as attention-seeking trends. He argued they aim to upset Christian conservatives, treating Islam like a woke badge without grasping its harsh realities.

Diving deeper into radical Islam, Metatron quoted Quran 5:32-34, which speaks of “killing one person as killing all mankind,” but allows crucifixion or killing for “creating disorder.” That’s the thing about Islam, it’s full of contradictions and demands rights for them that don’t apply to non-Muslims, whom they see as lesser, and are fine with murdering.

He shared a Muslim's words that non-implementation of Sharia is “war against Allah,” justifying violence, and another stating Muslims must “seize authority to enforce Sharia once in power.”

He stressed that Islam statistically produces more violent fanatics globally than other religions today, contrasting it with modern Christianity's lack of mass terrorism.

On immigrant fraud, Metatron spotlighted Minnesota's issues, where DHS investigations found 50 percent of migrants in Minneapolis are illegal and committing fraud. Somali scams involved fake daycare centers billing millions, like one that received 1.3 million dollars in 2020 and 987,000 dollars in 2021 despite no services.

Journalist Nick Shirley uncovered over 100 million dollars in such schemes. Metatron called for deporting fraudsters, ending birthright citizenship, requiring English proficiency within five years or facing removal, and charging enablers with treason.

Broader stats on the subject include Pew Research projecting Muslims as the largest religious group by 2060, and the Center for Immigration Studies data on the "highest welfare use from illegal alien households," and a Dutch study showing "Muslims from Africa and the Middle East as the biggest financial burden," with Islamic-heavy countries in red for high costs and Western Christian nations the only ones accounting for contributions. Why?
